Ferndale Ready Mix & Gravel supplies Whatcom County with a wide variety of gravel products at competitive rates. We have the capability to deliver your product by truck & trailer, transfer, or belly dump. Our materials meet the State of Washington Standard Specifications and we continually monitor the quality of the products we produce. We can provide you with any of the following products:

Bank Run Gravel, ranging from high a quality highly compactable fill (Washington State Standard Specifications 9-03.14(1) Gravel Borrow) to an economical low cost fill gravel (Washington State Standard Specification 9-03.10 Aggregate for Gravel Base, Standard Specification 9-03.19 Bank Run Gravel for Trench Backfill, or Standard Specification 9-03-12(3) Gravel Backfill for Pipe Zone Bedding).
2. 1 ¼” Minus Crushed Rock (CSBC) – meets the requirements of Washington State Standard Specifications 9-03.9(3) Base Course
3. 5/8” Minus Crushed Rock (CSTC) – meets the requirements of Washington State Standard Specification 9-03.9(3) Top Course
4. 1 ¼” Clear Crushed – meets the requirements of Washington State Standard Specification 9-03.9(2) Shoulder Ballast
5. 1 ½” Drain Rock - meets the requirements of Washington State Standard Specification 9-03.12(5) Gravel Backfill for Drywells
6. ¾” Drain Rock - meets the requirements of Washington State Standard Specification 9-03.12(4) Gravel Backfill for Drains and Specification 9-03.1(4) AASTHTO Grading #57
7. ½” Pea Gravel meets the requirements of Washington State Standard Specification 9-03.1(4) AASTHTO Grading #7
8. 3/8” Pea Gravel meets the requirements of Washington State Standard Specification 9-03.1(4) AASTHTO Grading #8
9. Washed Sand - meets the requirements of Washington State Standard Specification 9-03.1(2) Class 2, Standard Specification 9-03.13 Backfill for Sand Drains, and ASTM C-33 Drain Field Sand
10. 4” to 8” Quarry Spalls - meets the requirements of Washington State Standard Specification 9-13
11. 2” to 4” Quarry Spalls
